Benninghoff Postpones Final Town Hall Meeting in College Township

March 16, 2020

BELLEFONTE – In response to the Wolf administration’s request to limit public gatherings to prevent the further spread of COVID-19 throughout the Commonwealth, Rep. Kerry Benninghoff (R-Centre/Mifflin ) today announced he will postpone his remaining town hall meeting originally planned for Thursday, March 26, in College Township.

In an effort to bring state government directly to the people he represents, Benninghoff planned three town hall meetings this month throughout the 171st Legislative District. The meetings in Walker Township and Milroy were already held on March 11 and 12, respectively. Benninghoff plans to reschedule a town hall in College Township as soon as possible.

“These meetings are so important. I want your voice to be heard, and I can best serve you when I know your concerns and have the benefit of your ideas,” Benninghoff said. “This town hall meeting will be rescheduled. Thank you for your understanding during this unprecedented time.”
