HARRISBURG – Rep. Kerry Benninghoff (R-Centre/Mifflin) wants to hear from area residents about the issues that matter most to them. He will be hosting a town hall meeting this Wednesday, April 19, from 6:30-8 p.m. at the McVeytown Volunteer Fire Company at 5696 US-522.
“I look forward to meeting and talking with folks who are able to join us that evening,” said Benninghoff, chairman of the House Transportation Committee. “I have a lot of information to share about the legislative proposals and issues under discussion in the General Assembly, as well as the progress of the state budget.”
Area residents are encouraged to attend, regardless of the municipality in which they reside. Benninghoff will provide an update on the state budget and other issues before the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.
