PCN Now on Atlantic Broadband Channel Lineup in Mifflin County, Says Benninghoff
BELLEFONTE – Rep. Kerry Benninghoff (R-Centre/Mifflin) is informing Atlantic Broadband subscribers in the Boroughs of Derry and Decatur in Mifflin County that they can now view state House voting sessions and other programming about the Commonwealth’s government by watching the Pennsylvania Cable Network (PCN).

“As someone who has pushed for openness and transparency during my time in the General Assembly, I welcome this news that more constituents will be able to see what their state government in Harrisburg is doing,” Benninghoff said. “Providing the public with access to information helps to strengthen our Commonwealth.”

PCN now airs on channel 12 on Atlantic Broadband. The network provides live coverage of House voting sessions and committee meetings. It also covers state Senate activity and state Supreme Court proceedings.

In addition to covering state government activity, the network offers programming where commentators discuss recent activity in the state Capitol, such as the “Journalists Roundtable” and a live call-in program where viewers can share their perspectives with hosts and various guests.

PCN also offers shows featuring tours of businesses and historic locations across the Commonwealth and broadcasts Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) sporting events.

“I am pleased that these local viewers will now have access to the wonderful programming provided by this network,” Benninghoff said.
