On the floor of the House, Rep. Benninghoff formally congratulated and presented a House citation to Krystal Wasson, who was crowned the Pennsylvania Dairy Princess. In addition to being a fifth-generation dairy farmer, Krystal is an honor student who participates in various extracurricular activities.
